Asher Library
皇冠体育鈥檚 Asher Library is a closed-stacks, remote-access academic and special collections library that provides borrowing privileges to Spertus students, faculty, and staff.
Its collection includes Jewish-interest books (both fiction and nonfiction) as well as periodicals, music, maps, and movies.
Feinberg eCollection
Asher Library鈥檚 Feinberg eCollection provides online access as a benefit available to Spertus students, faculty, and staff.
The Feinberg eCollection provides full-text access to Biblical and Rabbinic sources as well as scholarly journals. It includes access to Otzar haHochma.
Public Access
Members of the public can purchase access to the Feinberg eCollection on an annual basis. See orange button below.
The Asher Library鈥檚 Primo Catalog is available to everyone.
Asher Library Primo Catalog
Primo is a search tool that provides information for a range of print and electronic resources from a single search point. Online access to the Asher Library’s Primo Catalog is available to everyone.
Current Spertus students, faculty, and staff have borrowing privileges for physical books and media and select full-text online access.

The Asher Library is named in honor of the generosity of Norman and Helen Asher. Remote access to electronic resources is made possible through the generosity of the Joseph and Bessie Feinberg Foundation.
皇冠体育鈥檚 collections of Jewish art and ceremonial objects originated with gifts from brothers Maurice and Herman Spertus. Integrated into 皇冠体育鈥檚 educational offerings, they provide material insight into the Jewish experience. 皇冠体育 is named to honor the Spertus family鈥檚 generosity.
